If you have received a request from us to provide a BP reading, this is simply to keep your medical record up to date and to help us to identify patients who may have undiagnosed high/low blood pressure.
It is not compulsory and is not urgent, but the link you were sent will expire in 7 days.

Opening Hours
Our main telephone lines are open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 6:30 pm.
Emergency calls that cannot wait untill we open offically are covered from 8.00am
Doors to the building are open from 8.00am as other services run out of the building, our recetption is not offically fully manned untill 8.30am
From 18.30 to 8.00 am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday NHUC the OOH services work out of the building. They are a seperate service to the Practice. They are unable to deal with any queries, samples or paperwork for Voyager Family Health and visa versa Please do not confuse the two services.
Also working from the building are Farnbroorugh Midwives, Psicon, District Nurses, Paramedics and the intergrated Care team. We have no telephone links to the services. We all work independently of each other
