If you have received a request from us to provide a BP reading, this is simply to keep your medical record up to date and to help us to identify patients who may have undiagnosed high/low blood pressure.

It is not compulsory and is not urgent, but the link you were sent will expire in 7 days.

Disability Awareness & Carers Information

The staff at Voyager Family Health are very aware of our patients with special needs. 

We have consulting rooms situated on the ground floor and has access for wheelchairs and patients with poor mobility. We also have a wheelchair available for use within the surgery. 

We are a Learning Disability Friendly and Dementia Aware Practice. 

Disabled parking is available at both sites. 

The Hampshire Deaf Association can provide sign language interpreters, upon request, for appointments booked in advance. 

Language Interpreting services are available from ‘thebigword’ telephone interpreting service, again upon request for appointments booked in advance.
