How will I know when my prescription is ready to collect from my nominated pharmacy?
Once your prescription has been signed here it will be sent electronically to your pharmacy. Most pharmacies require a certain time period to be able to get your prescription ready for collection and we advise all patients to contact their pharmacy directly. We will not inform you when your prescription has been signed
How long will my prescription take to be processed?
Please allow five working days for your prescription to be signed
How early can I order my prescription?
We accept prescription requests at a maximum of 10 days in advance of running out

How do I nominate a new pharmacy for my prescriptions to go to?
You can email email@example.com or call us directly 01252 545078 to change your nomination and one of our staff members will be able to action this for you
We can also make one off pharmacy nominations so that your primary nomination for your repeats is not changed
